At The Body Shop Chiropractic we LOVE when patients fill out initial forms online! This allows your appointment time to be more of a one-on-one experience with Dr. Scarffe.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid being charged a late fee. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of $50.

To avoid leaving a credit card on file, you can call our office (989) 930-1001 and speak to our staff about scheduling an appointment. These steps are necessary to avoid no-shows.
